You’ve got to try this delicious Strawberry Dole Whip Recipe!I recently had to have surgery on my tooth so I’ve been eating a soft food diet for a while. Let’s just say I’ve consumed more ice cream than I probably should have. It’s been hot here in Utah and when it gets this hot all I want is something cold and sweet and ice cream always seems to hit the spot! I’ve been on the hunt for different cold treats that I can make that have fewer calories than ice cream. If you’ve been to Disneyland you are probably familiar with the Dole Pineapple Whip. If you are not, you need to make sure to get one next time you are there. They are amazing! These Strawberry Dole Whips are just as delicious. They are so smooth and creamy and full of flavor. It’s the perfect treat to cool you off on a hot summer day!

Strawberries are all around the grocery stores and Farmers Markets right now. I bought some the other day and sliced them up and divided them into freezer bags and stuck them in the freezer. When my kids are hot and want something cold and sweet they can grab a bag of frozen strawberries and make one. If you are looking for a delicious and healthy treat that’s refreshing and not too sweet this Strawberry Dole Whip is the perfect thing to whip up on a hot summer day. I promise you won’t be disappointed!
