I have to say, I am just in love with how these shirts turned out. I love making things for my kids but it is a lot harder to do things the boys think will be cool than it is to make things the girls think will be cute. I saw these shirts when we were shopping for soccer cleats and knew I could do something fun with them. I opened up Craftroom and with just a little searching found the perfect idea.
I picked the web/spider image from the Paper Trimmings cartridge and the *creepy* from the A Frightful Affair cartridge. Once I had my images picked out it was just a matter of deciding on the size for each shirt and then since I was using iron-on vinyl I flipped the image so it would cut out backward.
The boys love the shirts. They’re so excited to have their matching shirts that no one else has. I love that the project took less than an hour start to finish and the smiles they had when they were wearing them. I am excited to come up with some more for future holidays!
